Phase I: Locker room renovations in the east gym area.
Phase II: West gym fitness area will be closed.
All fitness equipment relocated to east gym area temporarily.

Kansas Department of Wildlife hunting and fishing licenses, tags and state park permits are available at your Fort Leavenworth Leisure Travel Services. For more information please call 684-2580.

Canopies, inflatables, picnic equipment, fishing, hunting and boating equipment are available through the Family and MWR Outdoor Recreation Equipment Rental Program. Commercial and pop-up canopies are available and come in different sizes. Patrons must get a dig permit prior to the installation of a commercial canopy, by calling (316) 687-2102, at least one week in advance. Please call 684-2726 for more information. Monthly Fun Shoot will be held September 4 at Brunner Range from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Open to the public. Women and youth shooters are always welcome. Shotguns, shells and safety gear available. Ladies Clinic will be held September 11-12. Call 651-8132 for information.

Complimentary Bowling Lessons and Quick Tips are available anytime at your Fort Leavenworth Strike Zone. Bronze Level Certified coaches Mike and Josh are available to help kids, beginners and league bowlers.

Lap and Open Swim are offered free at Harney Pool to all patrons possessing a military or DOD civilian ID card. Patrons using a FMWR card or guests of the ID card holders pay the regular fee.

Permanent Storage Lockers are available at Gruber Fitness Center. Large units rent for $21 a month and small units rent for $11. Store your bike or gear while you workout! Call 684-5120 for more information.

Free Lessons are available for new and experienced shotgun shooters at Brunner Range. Training is available for all patrons on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m. Lessons are available for spouses at 10 a.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please call 651-8132 for an appointment.
