Harney Sports Complex includes an 25-yard indoor pool, four racquetball courts, sauna (womens and mens), a weight room area equipped with 12-station circuit, Nautilus workout machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, rear ellipticals and eight TVs. The west gym has been converted into a gymnastics facility for youth. The east gym can be reserved for private use, when available. Lockers available. Please be prepared to show your ID card at this facility.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brand that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. CrossFit contends that a healthy, fit person requires proficiency in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. It defines fitness as increased work capacity across all these domains and says its program achieves this by provoking neurologic and hormonal adaptations across all metabolic pathways. CrossFit athletes run, row, jump rope, climb rope and carry odd objects. They frequently move large loads quickly over short distances, and use powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting techniques. CrossFit athletes also use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and many bodyweight exercises.

Functional Fitness is a functional fitness program for every level of athlete. The classes are filled with high intensity strength training and metabolic conditioning. It is run with engaged coaching, focused on safe movement standards and improved work capacity through endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. You'll find no-nonsense workouts coupled with an amazing sense of community that breeds confidence and fun.
Available classes include Jujitsu, Judo, Taekwondo and mixed martial arts for children and adults.
